It will close at least temporarily and this was stated in the rns...no money to keep it open and administrative costs..staffing..etc..

The SP closed up 12+% so the market valuations of a deal is more likely too..
There are more positive than negative it seems to me...

Shareholders own nearly a third of INTU! They cannot be shafted as it will be a messy legal battle and wouldn’t do any good for confidence in investing in any other company which may reflect badly on the market in general...

I agree with Manager and he comes across as really genuine honest guy.....no one should tell you to buy ,sell or to hold and neither you should listen to others advice on any bb and more so on this bb. This bb is full of trolls and many lost real significant money on their bad decisions to hold or buy at much higher SP and you can tell from the abuse and anger they throw at others to release their stress!
My position is that I believe-the market valuations at present is not what I believe the real share value should be after doing a lot of research including the cv of the bod...but then again I could have got it wrong but time will tell...as no body can win them all..
I did the same with tlw and pmo and Trin, Genl and Gkp when the share prices were on the floor but I bought them all though many bloggers were posted there and chartists “experts” were telling everyone one the dooms and glooms are impending!!
We are experiencing the same here now and you really must ignore these load losers and rampers in the same measure.
Dyor and decide to go long or not ....it’s your decision and responsibility but please ignore all the imposters “experts” here and other blogs.

If you are a day trader..well done but if you were an investor for longer then you only lose money when you sell your paper loss as you made it real loss as you did .
Cutting your loss means you lost money and faith and see no real recovery in HUR...

Still no news leaks ,no body is walking out, no resignation announced, no administration...
The basic conclusion that they are signing a deal to give us another chance to survive. Hopefully we will hear this very soon but I really wish the muppets at the top with ceo in particular be booted Out immediately to put their house in order..
I am more optimistic today that the negotiations have been continuing so far and more hopeful a deal with the creditors will be announced...
