I disagree jj….it’s inflexion and fill your boots before it’s too late….you can thank me later! This share on its knees now as a reflection of market sentiment but not based on fundamentals and near term prospects…. Time will tell GL
So much potentials here with a great prospects…. Don’t keep on living in the past…we are at the inflexion point … It’s like buy one get ten free….lol GL
red….I hold slightly less than you but luckily at lower average… Mostly in sipp and isa.. Wouldn’t sell any as I think we will be up there from this low point.. More Patience is required ! GL all holders
asimpleinvestor… You better recalculate…. If you sold your 26m shares in the last three months…how could you have made profit?! As these months have seen big decline in sp and if you bought before then ..you must have made a loss… Just for argument sake …can you expand on how you made profits by selling in the last three months?! Unless you are a good day trader. Then now you have 2m shares but you were predicting vast sp to be .145 by 1st January ..and sp now is .18p…so why you are still holding…the sp has risen since. Anyhow GL
It’s about the people who lost in selling recently and don’t want to see themselves as losers by spouting the same negativity to justify their act of selling .Sharing their thoughts is a mechanism of therapy to relieve their guilt for the loss they made. Sad really….and must be painful but moving on and learning from it will be a better choice for future investments….or maybe not! Will add more as to me this is more like a good investment from here.. Time will tell when you see all negative posters disappear…under the rocks.. GL
Debt is not a big deal if it can be managed….as the case here per AP.. Most companies are in debt including ftse100. Vast is Breaking even Q1 and profitability H1..that’s we know by the ceo.. The copper market price is at its highest for 7 months…which will make it easier for Vast to breakeven sooner than later.. Feel sorry for people who sold at loss…impatient investors always lose unfortunately .. Restructuring debt or placements…are ok and if placements by May tgen I would expect the revenue increase which will reflect in sp ,so the raise by May will be at much higher sp than now.
The wise guy who predicted sp on 1st January at 0.145 p is to be ignored ….as sp on 3/1 closed at 0.20p ! …but GL to him/her.. GL
VAST is in a far better shape now than anytime before …at a bargain sp.. No bust , placement or not is irrelevant if you are investing for the medium term in a progressive company with increasing productivity and revenues at big steps …and they have other assets to monetise in the future… Negative views are fine to read too…and is up to the individual risk appetite and experience in investing ….and I do agree with IG views too. GL
IF there’s a placement..it will only damage AP reputation further as he can’t keep his words and his position will be weakened….but that doesn’t affect the prospects of the company with increasing production/revenue ,and further assets to be monetised . For medium term the sp will recover even after placement? As the market sentiment changes when they see the revenue and increasing cash… Temporary blip if placement does happen but wouldn’t change the fundamentals of VAST … And we are talking from near all time low in sp.. Of course it’s up to your risk appetite and your strategy of investing… GL holders
RE: The directors of VAST between them10 Jan 2023 17:31
Pecten… I have no issue of that ….I stand to be corrected… Still puzzled how the FT quoted it wrong and all there to see! Then the sp then was exactly just above 8p! Ah well still the ceo has paid far more than the current sp and got diluted! Deservedly so.
RE: The directors of VAST between them10 Jan 2023 15:14
No Sandy…you are still wrong The sp between 1/1/2021-31/6/2021 was in the range of 13-8p It is impossible for the ceo to buy at 0.837p!! in the secondary market… FT is pretty accurate too. Anyway Facts are facts…
RE: The directors of VAST between them10 Jan 2023 14:49
..” The RNS price is the accurate price. The chart is irrelevant.” How could you explain the ceo purchase at 0.837p on the secondary market when the sp on 20/4/2021 was above 8p..!! So the FT and Sp on 20/4/2021 quoted was wrong by the market …to make your statement right..?! I rather believe the facts…and I am afraid you are wrong here. GL
RE: The directors of VAST between them10 Jan 2023 14:13
All directors dealings from 2009 to date are on FT if you are a subscriber… The current ceo largest purchase of 25 m shares @8p a share ..date 20/4/2021 ,costed him m £2.09… I think FT is a good source of information…
