The site and scale of the deposit and mine workings development is impressive as well as extensive.

He also explained in layman's terms the infered potential and his own thoughts on the likelihood of mine life ..
We then inspected the piece of resource to be first mined.. perhaps scooped up would be a better term ! Its there to see in open veins at very high grades .. those who nicked a bit will have to sleep with the guilt 😎
My guess is this mine will be producing for a lot more than 11 years provided the market prospers.
Footnote, tungsten for all its toughness is quite friable in its natural environment. It forms attractive yellow runs in quartz and shatters like shale.i also got a much clearer understanding of the jorc verification process and how companies like wres can pre-model likely jorc outcomes.

The site visit on Friday was led by the Safety manager Alberto and the chairman issuing our ppe, and refreshing the safety behaviour expected of us.
I chatted with Alberto about his qualifications and his desire to maintain a zero accident mine and process plant.
Another breath of fresh air and open thinking young manager.

Once the semi formal presentation was finished on Thursday evening we had tapas stuff outside (the evening being a pure gift from the gods) I spent a good while with Ferdinando and Arron.
They answered every question openly and honestly and both retain the key quality of humility when not able to answer a question with a clear 'l don't know.
It was clear to me by the end of the evening that this was a highly motivated team who have a serious will to make this happen.
Fernando is a beacon and senior statesman/ambassador of his industry and a most delightful gentleman.
We swapped stories of our time in Anglo American in the nineties and how to get things done in difficult circumstances.
Arron seems to be overall project manager and is driven by Safety, invocation and cost control.
A man to watch and follow as his time in mining advances i think.

The Thursday evening presentation whilst introduced by Michael Masterman was focused on health, safety and environment. The lead was given to the company's Safety manager and it quickly became clear that the ethos of best practice in this area was a vital part of WRES license to operate within the la parrilla community and mining industry.
When a business values it staff so much it puts safety @ the top of its agenda, in words and practice... I'm interested and impressed.

1, The People.
The visitors comprised about twenty or so investors of seemingly different backgrounds/nationalitys and levels of holdings which ranged from 0 to listed holders. some of those present were independant advisors conducting research on behalf of financially significant parties. One third of the investor group being posters on here. Aslo in the visitor group were company nomads and turner pope key staff. Some folks seemed keep themselves to themselves and took notes and asked questions they seemed to have asked in many similar environs.

The host team was led by the Chairman Michael Masterman and comprised his top team including directors, senior staff and professional advisors.
The first of my observations following the Thursday evening presentation and informal dinner is that the chairman's management style is fefreshingly open, allowing integrity based honesty within this team. (A value statement within itself I suggest)

Pleased you got home safely, Friday was a long night and I finally got to bed at 11am sat.
The last stage of the of the journey was marred as my traincoach was full of ELD filth on its way to a march at Sunderland.. I phoned the police as to their whereabouts so hopefully they were halted at the city walls!
Loads of family up for the weekend, so will start to provide experiencial feedback as concisely as possible once it becomes peaceful .

Spent the dark night of the soul hours with Mr happy and I've never experienced such a clear alignment of opinion on a topic as we did in relation to this business and it's team..
