No mate, only the last five miles of the river is tidal now, so they’ve spent a few months or so stuck above the barrage. It takes two tides to wash them up in the river mouth, then about 6 months to dry properly..

Mornings, out collecting hardwood logs in the estuary later. Tons and tons of wood let through the barrage last week. Prices steady this morning on the Asian metals page.. be nice to see the conveyor progress stealthy

Just a few thoughts on how I think things will pan out.
1. We will start production at LP using the new crushing circuit and existing concentration plant in ernest in late December..
2. This will continue until the new concentration unit is commissioned in late feb/March.
3. LP will then be progressively ramped up to 2500 ton rates
4. The Regua business mining plan will start to be implemented in the next few weeks with the placing of orders for the necessary kit for trial mining.
5. April/ may transfer of la Parrilla existing concentration plant to Regua
6. First Production of tin and tungsten at Regua in late may/June 2019.
7. I think we could achieve between 2700 and 3300 tonnes from December to December..
8. Capital costs of Regua 4 million euros

Lol you lot, the plot is about 1500 metres square .. quite big... if I focused on growing and selling flowers and bedding plants I could maybe make £50 a week profit.. but that’s not me as you know safety.. 90% of the flowers and veg are given away and a lot go to a local food kitchen.. I try to have fresh veg of some form all year round and fresh cutting flowers for ten months.. I’ve an obsessive nature so have to not take the plot to seriously.. it’s a nice community of folks.

It’s all true WD, my first produce was three lettuce and some radish.. I took them as a gift to my in laws in Derby.. the old woman said to me thank you, do we owe you owt for them, and the mrs said yup, about three grand😉

When I first got the allotment I was plagued wif Wabbits. I spent months and hundreds of hours and pounds trying to rid the plot of them. I dreamt about them. I borrowed the son in laws.22 and stalked them at dawn, took a load of terriers and ferrets down there. I even bought them fresh lettuce so they would congregate in the same spot so I could shoot them easier. (The wood pigeons ate them) my daughter used to stand at the gate shouting “run Peter, he’ll kill you and your children” ... cow! It was so funny, the whole site was takin the pliss.. in the end I bought this sonic frequency thing wot moves them on. The woman got me an Elmer tshirt an baseball cap for Xmas and the daughter got me a bugs bunny onesie!

European metals bulletin issues the weekly tungsten price and its gets posted now and then on here. The other daily source of price change is Asian metals tungsten market. That gives daily indications.. APT market price is up in China this week and stable in Europe. I believe the price is circa $275/290 pmtu at the mo
