Fresh sweetcorn is out of this world raw or griddled. I bang it in the microwave for one minute, then drop it on the oven griddle for a minute or so, adding olive oil and course black pepper as I turn it, squeeze fresh lemon or orange on top and serve with lurpak (or norpak if your an aldi addict)... , cajun fried chicken thighs and a cutlery free table...
