The Grand National will be all the talk shortly and ALVARADO who finished fourth in the last two runnings is back in training at Fergal O'Briens yard. Fergal says he's enjoyed a great summer holiday. He won't run until New Year and the plan is for 2 outings before the big race or perhaps only one run. He will tell us when to run but he's very straight forward at home and the plan is to prepare him as best we can for next April Paul Moloney will ride. Tuesday we will stay with Fergal O'Brien stable in the 3.00 Lingfield CHASE THE SPUD EW ridden by Paddy Brennan. Well I said I made £10 earlier on but I lost heavily in the end. This morning my wife said she wanted 3 doubles and a treble on SNOW BALL, SNOW CLOUD and SNOW KING all because we got up to some snow flurries.
