What…I fancy a nibble on TLW at the right price. They produce in excess of 30k bopd. If Israel / USA starts a war with Iran, oil rockets and TLW is off to the races. Unlike Chariot. There are risks around debt negotiations. So I’m looking at single digit pennies entry point. Very different from Sid and friends at Carry on Raising. Morocco is focusing on LNG imports now. They are not going to put the country's future in the hands of clowns like Sid, Kenneth and Peter.

Deepwater licenses all over the place. All I can say is why would any government give a license to Chariot with its track record and lack of resources? There is only one reason. And that is REDACTED in Africa.

Power. AKA the solar panel rental business. I guess that can be sold off. Maybe it will and maybe it wont. It's taking long enough at a time when Chariot needs the money. That tells me it aint easy or they are working on a complex transaction so that a few individuals can trouser most of the benefits.

The clowns at Tullow keep on getting into disputes with contractors. Good job they ain’t doing projects coz they might find they ain’t got any interested contractors.

It’s what Desperate Dans do…when a contractual claim comes they call the lawyers in regardless of merit….and stall for as long as they can.

Here’s my thoughts.

Sid James (AP) and Kenneth Williams (Julian) have concluded that it will be almost impossible to create two listed companies out of one. Didn’t I tell you that?

Something must be done before the cash runs out. Kenneth’s brilliant idea…sell off either the oilie assets or the sparky assets and keep the proceeds in a focussed listed entity.

Sensible. But Sid knows he will get nothing for the oilie assets. So he has to sell off the sparky stuff. Probably to mates in Africa so he can trouser a side hustle. Special divi will be paid to shareholders to keep the oilie company lean and mean and so Sid can get a bit more cash out.

The oilie company will stay listed maybe with a new name and with Peter Butterworth (Pierre) as COO.

And it won’t cost 10 mill or whatever they raised to do it. So the pay and perks can keep flowing whilst they get it done.

I bet Sid spends more time thinking about “That fit bird on reception” than on the oil & gas business. Who can blame him.

In what follows, I will use the names of the Carry On cast.

Sid James and Kenneth Williams have discovered its not so easy to split up a listed company to their advantage.

Who gets the tax losses?

And on and on.

Sid has tired of oil & gas. He wants to give the oil & gas business just enough money to stay afloat to the end of the Lixus license. Peter Butterworth will be charged with bringing in partners or selling the company. Peter will retain Stanley Unwin on staff to help him do that. If Peter hasn't delivered by the time the money runs out, the company will be declared bankrupt.

Ultimately, the power business will get the AIM listing.

But how to get holders of the billions of shares out of the way? That is Kenneth's job. There are various ways to do it and none of them are easy.

Think about it and realise why there is no news forthcoming.

My spies tell me that Pierre the Frenchman is being groomed to head up the oilie entity when or if it’s created. AP is hoping that DW will get the message and slip away quietly. Some chance…there are school fees, wife, gents club membership and the rest to pay for. He won’t might playing second fiddle to Pierre whilst flying business class to attend geoscience talking shops around the globe. All the while stuffing his pension pot with your coin.

AP should be looking to get rid of Wallace. He’s a liability. I’ve got a feeling the French fella is being groomed to take the reins. He may be good between the sheets down in Rabat but he hasn’t delivered much. Only time will tell. But it might be a long time.

Clear lack of interest in UK oilies now. The mining juniors are where the multibagger dreamers are looking. Harry

PS TLW in single figures as predicted and I’m still on the sidelines. Financing is the big worry here. The share company exists to pay high salaries to staff and high interest rates to the banks.

No interest in oilies out there. Except from 🤡🤡 and market makers moving spreads around. Looks like mining juniors is the new AIM oilies. A place where multi-baggers are happening right now.

…down down deeper and down…towards my single figure target in just a few days. Them rumours proved spot on. I’ll have the weekend to make my mind up.
