Namcor has seen an opportunity and advised that there is no right to transfer the back-in right in the agreement. Now Chariot must keep Chariot Ltd alive if it wants to retain the back-in right. Its a bit of a mess and Chariot does not know what to do. The back in right has no value without takers. And there aren't any takers with the back-in right. Yet Chariot has claimed that the back in right has great value. Hence the delay in splitting the business in two. You heard it here first.

A quick look on the web reveals that there is Jersey based AIM listed Chariot Ltd. There are no details of officers…no need in Jersey.

The oilie pillar comprises 5 uk limited companies owned by Chariot Ltd. Witless and Julian are at the helm of these. No sign of AP.

The power pillar comprises 49% of Etana Energy pty. The remaining 51% is owned by a black-owned and managed outfit called H1 Holdings. When you look at the team on the web, most ain’t black!

The hydrogen pillar comprises a uk limited company called Chariot Green Hydrogen Ltd. This outfit lost a couple of million quid in the last accounts.

What a mess. And they’ve been working on unscrambling for over a year.

I am reliably informed that AP has had to pull out at the last minute and has given his berth to Duncan Witless in the hope that the rocket will head on to Mars and never return.

Just following up. Separation of oilie and green businesses must be imminent. There’s one top job at the oilie and two big men fighting for it. The French fella claims the job needs a French speaker who is resident and close to the authorities. Witless claims that without his technical knowledge the assets are worthless. The French fella is proposing to bring in new blood in the technical team at a third the cost of Witless. Witless is proposing a native country manager at a quarter of the cost of the French Fella. From what I’m hearing, AP is inclined to give it a go with the French Fella. None of it makes any difference to the oilie outlook. That remains dire.

Not quite. I am peeved at myself for believing the hype…on the boards, from the likes of AP, Witless and the rest and from charlatans like Malcy and Tommo. On the the other hand I’m pleased with myself for listening to the likes of Bantamboy and Finchy, DMOR and getting out with a small loss. I like to pass on my thoughts from time to time to warn others of the dangers that lurk here.
