I can answer them questions now. Here goes.

i) The license expires next year. Government will take it back. Chariot and enog will do nothing til then as neither wants to make a legal misstep.

ii) There will be no Namibian license. Chariot cannot afford to get involved and them Namibians don’t want a broke outfit like Chariot anywhere near their acreage.

iii) Loukos is dead. Chariot will withdraw next year.

iv) power sale has stalled. Interested parties will invest in a newcomer in exchange for equity. They don’t want any leakage to Chariot or its greedy patrons. They know Chariot is desperate and they have posted low offers. Sorry but there’s nowt in it.

I thought I read on here that they’d done a deal with Vivo who were gonna pay for the development costs. Or even that they’d already sold the Loukos gas to Vivo. And they raised cash on AIM for a Loukos test. I think I may have rubbished the latter ramp on here at the time. Can you believe a single word of anything they say. Call the fraud squad before they con another mug punter. Like they conned PIs and ENOG.

ENOG is not expert in the technical side of the oilie business.

They are financial engineers and ruthless businessmen.

I told on here that ENOG will not take the additional % and will not carry Chariot through a billion dollar development.

Instead, they might carry onhym and cash-call Chariot into oblivion. No third party would rescue Chariot in such circumstances and Chariot would be forced into a fire sale to ENOG. And if ENOG ever get an inkling the have been sold a pig in a poke by AP and Wallace, the gloves will come off.
