Due to liking the strategic outlooks I bought into Ocado, copper and then Amazon. Sold each of these early due to SP turbulence. Each of these investments would have made me substantial profit, if only I had remained invested.
I now have everything invested in Bushveld. Lessons Learnt from these previous early sells tell me to trust in the Bushveld strategy - patience is required. Right now is not the time to sell.
Loudspeaker, thanks for that SP explanation. I’ve been trying to get a handle on the logic of the up & down SP waveform pattern that we’ve seen for some time. I assume that this is a deliberate act by MMs to control buying demand? Quite a surprising practice if true!
If BMN are not planning to directly manufacture VFRBs, but only to hold minority stakes in VRFB companies in order to facilitate the uptake of VRFBs then what is Bushveld Energy about?
Do they intend to be general battery storage project developers? Perhaps, the door is open for them to include other battery types (as well as VRFB) in future battery development projects.
Or do they just stick with VRFBs?
I think that this is a lithium battery fire near Liverpool

MEM, I’m also down over £100,000.
But, the potential is still there. I’ve seen a Bloomberg forecast that energy storage installations will increase by 5000% over the next 20 years . Obviously, no guarantees but BMN have a compelling strategy to take advantage of this predicated expansion. So far, I believe in the strategy, and will hold tight whilst the strategy is on track!
Raz, I agree! Maybe also it’s in the Chinese interest to subdue Vanadium prices to improve implementation of their new rebar regulations.
Vanadium has fallen in a fairly controlled linear straight line since last December (with next to no support at any point) - this looks contrived to me. If the V price is being manipulated, then the big question is; when is it in China’s interest for the Vanadium price to rise?
Also dryland, a shorting ban would be counterproductive - if It was introduced there would be a lack of market liquidity meaning deeper price drops on any medium large sells (mms would have to attract buyers for each transaction).
Shorting and long strategies both have money making objectives. Should we also petition parliament to ban long positions?
Vanadium as a supplement. Ha ha, it really has many uses!!

I’m no expert, but I understand that Technical Analysis basically covers emotional human responses to stock SP varations and seeks to forecast SP movements on that basis. However, due to this BB’s influence on BMN PIs, the majority of BMN PIs are much more likely to support fundamental logical analysis.
Because of this, I don’t think that Technical analysis (including EWT) has much impact on the BMN SP
The capital required to develop Mokopane will probably come from a successful JSE IPO. Therefore, it’s probably in BMN’s interest to temper the share price until the IPO.
Make your own conclusion but this could be a smart strategy.
