RTO7 Jul 2017 03:58
From other experiencs noted here, I see a trend towards RTO's. They copld be genuine, but several have suggested delay after delay. I was wondering if this was not just a new tactic to discourage shareholder groups and white noghts calling EGMs and replacing the BOD en masse. That is working elsewhere, but if RTO is announced, otherwise impatient PI's have tended to let it go until it is too late. You know, whoops, we just could not do it in time, so we went bust instead. A contact tells me we should wait and see the outcome of the RTO, giving them benefit of doubt. The shareholder group should organise straight away, whatever.
I have registered alectoshareholder(dot)co(dot)uk for very few quid. If you want that to host I can do that too for a year and set up a forum/email address for shareholders. It will take a few minutes after hosting propagates the net. If you want someone else to host, that's no problem. If you don't want it at all, that's no problem either. There is no cost to anyone. Just let me know.
