One of my other, now private companies, releases RNS notices in the same way as other plc companies. If they can do it, so can ALO.

They can't even pay the £75 or so to release an RNS for us.

I just came to that conclusion too. However, they may desperately need that money from Ashanti to pay the fees associated with the Copper deal. Peter and Paul comes to mind, selling off the silver, etc.

I respect your highly scientific analysis, but i just think they panicked when they knew there was no investment money to development the gold deposits and so side stepped to Copper. In my book that is seat of the trousers management!

Good to see such optimism here. However, there's a long way to go to a rising share price. Also I don't get how the valuation is workd out. As far s I can tell with my pea brain, is that the shares will be heavily diluted and the share price can only then go down not up!

They are not necessarily worthless. They are just in a private company. You can sell shares in a private company, just have to get the BOD to agree to get an offer for them. However, best to wait till the aquisition goes ahead and they relist. If they don't, then they are worthless. few weeks yet of hope.

OK I see now. However, the new deferred shares are worth didly squat, Forget about them, thy have nil value and will be removed once the aquisition goes through.
