Looked at this again. Remember DM saying He is more soluble in water and indeed I quoted that a few days ago. However, turns out He is the least soluble molecule (Atom) in water being a few ppm max. DM mentions does not know whether free He gas or He in brine in Karoo.
He hasn't given figures, but given the low ppm solubility, surely he is quoting ppm in the Karoo?
Unless the pressure is so high it can dissolve % of He in water like CO2 in beer, the amounts found are so small, he hasn't mentioned them in RNS. Worrying and I could have it wrong of course.

No onus on e company'ssto announce anything. Right now it is all company confidential, esp if third parties are involved.

A: He is very soluble in water. N2 is not, so measuring He fizzing off could be 100% near as damn it. DM would not believe that as origin %. But, keeping quiet is better than blaring out 100%.

These results are commercially sensitive, expensive to obtain, so why tell the world?
