RE: A positive RNS ?23 Oct 2025 17:08
4everlong,It is important that we begin to speak a common language within the “house of Jubilee.” A key point of interest among investors is the matter of remuneration and potential performance bonuses for LC and the Board. Based on recent performance, it would be difficult to justify any form of reward at this stage.
From my own professional background — spanning finance, financial turnaround management, and clinical, hospital administration (CEO), Provincial and administration — I seek more detailed, technical information from the engineering teams. I find it concerning that Jubilee has not delivered the expected output in Quarter 1, particularly after commitments were made to avoid further experimentation. The absence of a clear and timely explanation is disappointing. In the investor community there appears to be a tolerance for limited communication, but I believe that as shareholders we must hold management accountable for transparency, delivery against stated objectives, and clarity around future expectations. Communication from JMK in particular needs to improve, especially regarding the JV arrangements, where we are still left to speculate. This is not a sustainable approach. Leon should provide a clearer operational strategy — potentially separating research and development from production activity — to ensure that commercial output is not compromised. Investing in optimisation without disrupting revenue streams may be the prudent path forward. Despite these concerns, I remain invested in Jubilee and continue to believe that strong operational and financial progress can be delivered. I do, however, recognise that a material turnaround in shareholder value may take more than a year, and I am prepared for that timeframe.
