This myth that they have increased funding to deprived areas down here in the South West is rubbish. It is 99% funded by Council Tax rises. The big Labour conurbations have had major assistance but I will bet their huge debts increase.

Can I suggest that the market is valuing Lloy on profits, expected divi's and growth. That was not the case pre credit crunch.

Like I said ,no split as such. I got one tranche of 5,000 followed by another of 11,000. 16,000 in all and Macnai has received the same amount despite having more CICC shares than me. A lot more.

Since the banks de camped from local high streets they have in our region set up "Hubs" based within shopping areas on certain days of the week. They have very limited facilities but exist all the same. Different banks share premises. Been going 6 years plus.

Cooperation between banks .... The days when the "clearing banks" allowed customers and account holders to pay in cheques from other banks seems a lifetime ago.

I have personally been On line banking since Barcs started the process.
