Given some of the valuations on here, eg 50p and more I presume the LT Holders see this as easysoft chancing their arm?

You would think a committed believer in what he is doing would load up. I men the salary is big enough!

Gizmo, contract values, prospects, building market share in India, .....all good. Inability to make a good profit not so good. Hence the low offer. Next figures might show a small improvement but healthy profit margins? dividends for share holders? We don't seem to be close.
