Also looks like Herald Investment have been forced to sell across their portfolio to "protect and rebalance their portfolio" due to activist Investor Saba Capital and his machinations.

Also rumours that the new TR1 MJT could be an Investor connected/introduced through the Albert E Sharp brokerage whose discretionary investment portfolio is believed to control upwards of 20% of CYAN equity.

So at least partially explains the ability to hoover up without much change in the SP due to ready sellers and a ready buyer.
