@KD37 - I really don't beleive Duncan will be feet up laughing as you put it, I'm sure quite the opposite. He has fecked up on massive scale and maybe put too much trust in the many sharks in the waters.
It will most likely now be taken over by a competitor for a pitence and we the Pi 's will be left with nothing. Not all investors here were purely looking at the return there were also ones that beleived in the hope that the micro biometrics would work for most illnesses such as cancer instead of the standard chemotherapy that poisons the body and has many lasting and long term effects.
Yes you could say that we were blinkered by emotion and did not do our due diligence on the financial's, but I hope in the long term it can be salvaged and there is a breakthrough in medication for the future, even if it comes at a personal financial loss to me.

Have to agree with Boonco here. Reading the rns it appears they thought Oxford would not call it in straight away and have been blindsided. I can see a solution will be had in time.

It appeared to me that this investors presentation was merely to explain the reasoning behind raising the ceiling from 40% to 100% for capital funding and justification for why they require raising salaries in order to keep key staff before the agm.
I don't beleive they had given any thought to answering key questions from pi's and answering our concerns.

I agree with you @ StayLong. For a shorter there seems to be very little upside right now however there is a strong possibility of a disastrous downside. I can also sense that a takeover is imminent.

Masterbates must of missed the school bus this morning, make sure you get a sick note from your mummy.

After watching the live presentation it appears they have some very large announcements to be made on the future of the company shortly.
Would be mad to sell at this early stage imo.

Good post Boonco, it was the substance of what 4d was doing in one of their past investors presentations a few years back that got me very excited about this company. I certainly was not worried about the style and the bling at that time.
Bottom line is 4D has a massive potential and are the leaders in this very exciting market of live bio therapeutic medicine. I beleive results will show this in the very near future and if you are happy to wait then the skies the limit for all who care to invest.

I did not mention it should be hosted by Duncan and fully agree btw. However, he is not the only person and should be taken up by someone that fits the profile that can showboat all that 4d are doing. It is really annoying not knowing at what point Oliviera stops selling, but as a Lth here , I certainly will be happy to hold as long as it takes no matter the current downward pressure he's putting on the SP.

Maybe a investor presentation would not go a miss.

Hoodwink and lies to shareholders are strong accusations that require proof and intent otherwise could be very liable. If correct then action can be taken as all companies have strict rules to abide by.

@calderkate - I am unsure you can call it a lie, my interpretation would be a shambolic running of affairs.
Of course it is not nice that some shareholders have had no option but to sell at a loss, but unfortunately we all put a certain faith and trust in the companies that we invest in. We all know that investing on the aim is the wild west of markets and come woth a lot greater risks and rewards.

I feel very sorry for everyone that is now sitting on a paper loss and really hope that things will change around and Odx finally performs. My concerns came when I clearly remember Ck informing us of a possible early Xmas present last year at the shareholders live presentation. This never happened either before or just after and that gave me doubts on the ability of the company to meet expectations.
I do beleive the government let down Odx massively, but I also beleive that the bod for Odx should have not laid all there eggs in one basket, especially with the gov previous track record.

I don't think you will great odds on that bet. May certainly get stronger odds if you forecast at what point they will stop...

I agree that the shareholders beleive "that ODX now have a capacity to produce 100 million tests per annum".
The real problem is whether the shareholders have faith that the company in its current form are capable of selling them.
