Just got quoted on HL 1.695 to buy & 1.70 to sell - must be trying to fill a large buy order?
Toff, if you’re going to Troll, I’d try and get the very basic facts about the historic value of the share price correct if I were you
Investor - that’s my understanding of the situation. So why has the 12m sell from the 8th been printed twice?
Oldfinger - plausible I suppose. I guess we’ll have to see what occurs when the other Form 8.3s are submitted…
That’s very strange, as the BG sell was reported after hours on Friday.
Unless, it was initialise on Friday, but they couldn’t fill the order until today? Bizarre.
Anyway, the SP held up reasonably well all things considered…
Looks like someone is pushing weird trade sizes through atm
If this same volume of trades continue, you’d think that it’d have to move significantly (one way or the other) fairly soon…
Oldfinger- in a bid situation, anyone holding over 1% of the issued shares has to declare an interest in the company via a 8.3 form
Linkop - looks that way. There’s certainly stability on both the bid/ask sides now.
GLA
Earl - yes, people can and have read the RNS.
Listen, I don’t think anyone here is saying Sens is now a sensible Investment. Truth be told. I’d argue nothing on AIM really is. If that’s your territory, stick to FTSE companies which pay out dividends.
Where the speculation lies is what is going to happen to the SP in the very short term based on the how the large investors are going to be positioning themselves as to the future direction of the company.
As someone also stated, distressed companies have very volatile SPs which can move both up and down significantly, which is why it could be a day traders paradise (or nightmare) here.
Risk/reward is high and people should only investment what they can afford to lose. GLA
Toff - I guess the market will decide the direction of the SP in the next few days and we’ll see then…
Buyout or a hostile takeover could be on the cards.
All it takes is an existing II to hold 30% of the shares before they’re eligible to put in an offer
IParsnip - I think in the short term, it’ll move up from these levels. How far, I’m not sure
It says all of that in yesterdays RNS.
Regarding SP, I expect a move back into the 3s on Monday as the 12m sell was suppressing the rise
Monday going to be very interesting now
I’d agree that some tangible news would be useful.
However, it’s clear that the price action here is range bound and cyclical. It often drops in the late morning and builds back up towards the end of the day. It often builds on a Friday (presumably FOMO kicking in) with a sell off on Mondays when there is no news
Those with large enough holdings could trade these swings quite easily
