If we actually been given told what the strategy for the company is prior the courts decision, we would have at least had some resilience if there is further delays...

Surprise, surprise, BTC has just fallen off the cliff again and we suffer for it. If only we had a business plan which stated whether we were leveraged against Bitcoin or not, this could have all been avoided.

Schalf - indeed, if we actually had a tangible update since the name change on the direction of the business, the result of the court case would have been an added bonus.

However, we’re now at the stage where the case outcome makes or breaks the SP for the foreseeable future.

Tbh, because of the, erm, ‘idiosyncrasies’ Italian legal system, I think the outcome of next week will be a complete roulette spin. Here’s hoping it doesn’t land on the house ball...

I think the BoD might have released that update to act as a mini speeding ticket - we were hitting 6p on the Ask literally five minutes before the news dropped.

It’s all good though, happy to wait another couple of weeks!
