Think you misread/misinterpreted that. The 6.4 and 6.56 is not pay-out in 2022 and 2023. It is saying the forecast EPS for 2022 is 6.4p and for 2023 is 6.56p. They estimate that the dividend pay-out ratio will be 40% - 45% of the EPS. So assume the forecast EPS are accurate and the pay-out ratio is 45% then the dividend in 2022 will be 2.88p, and in 2023 would be 2.943p.

The 27.3% today is only due to the limited operational windfarms at present. When all planned windfarms are operational it will be 73% and more produced by wind turbines.

Not quite, I migrated the other way, Hampshire to Northern Isles. And you are right about having to build more homes cos of the influx of migration, but I think you will find the migration is not from the north. Most of the the new homes are being taken up by those migrating (illegally) from across the channel!

Makes me laugh watching the media coverage on storm Eunice in the South of England! I live in the Northern Isles which normally have one or two storms like this annually, and it never gets the media attention like what is being given now because it is hitting the south of England.

I have had a baldrick moment cunning plan! Assuming Lloyds will do same as Natwest on results day, sell the day before and buy back 4% cheaper next morning! lol. But I know if I did that it would go up 4% on results day! Decisions, decisions! lol. Nah, stay put!

Government still own 54% of Natwest shares I believe.
