Todays RNS Total Voting Rights1 Apr 2022 15:25
The RNS on 31st January said there were 71,038,165,242 shares in circulation. Since the 31st January a total of 1,032,357,814 have been bought for cancellation, and 57,000,000 million new shares have been issued, so applying both of these to January figure gives a net figure of 70,062, 807,428. Todays RNS says there are 70,176,792,699 shares in circulation. So there is a difference there of 113,985,271 shares which have sprung up from somewhere? I have seen no RNS anywhere to explain where these extra shares came from?
