GGG yes the royality and land rights question is difficult with different parcels of land land still to be aqquired either privatley or via the state route. Id expect the current average royality rate average to increase drastically as land owners can now see the potential gas under there feet, as seen from royalitys increase from 3 to 20% on the extention of land. Need to read abit more and include all this in your figures. As i said before still profitable when all the facilities are built and lots of wells drilled.

Even you should know that thr decline rates here in this neck of the woods are 50+% naturally so do you great math on 1mmcf adding in declines and costs and we need lots of wells. Im not saying its not profiable theres no need to get so defensive but cant have you making up numbers and passing them off as "the truth"
