I bought a houses for £19,000 and 36,000 in the last 20 years. Both are now over £100,000.
Why is that? 2 reasons…
1. Landlords/property flippers buying homes.
2. Immigrants and Uk people renting from the above.
The above house price inflation is not sustainable. 1 and 2, or both have to give at some point in time. We need less immigrants/ more deportations, or less landlords and more home owners.
Failing this, the £3 trillion Uk debt only grows.
Why would any young people work to pay a landlord?
Answer= they won’t.
