It's a meaningless guess as we simply don't know what the share price will be on the day before the p3 readout. It could be £1.50, it could be £3.50, it could even be £6+ with all the news we're expecting...

@ragtrade, I don't think the July allegations will have turned many customers from Boo to ASOS though, I imagine they were already shopping with them. Most people instinctively associate anything cheap with poorer working conditions and poor environmental practices.

Ashley, this isn't a blue chip, your money isn't completely safe here. The upside however is enormous and there is a very good chance that the upside becomes reality. So this investment is a genuine case of 'invest what you can afford to lose' with the knowledge that there's a very good chance you'll see very healthy returns.

I've only been investing really since Jan last year. When the pandemic hit I moved back in with parents and threw all the money to my name (not very much) at synairgen and novacyt back in March. I've now almost got enough to buy my first flat 100% in cash!

I think I might just be the luckiest investor!

In my opinion 'the young' are not one homogenous group and although they are all more aware than ever of the impact that fast fashion can have on the environment it's only a subset that genuinely cares and makes actual life decisions based on it. That subset probably shops elsewhere already...

If what you're saying is in fact what's going on you'd imagine Citadel will be looking to close the short asap and buy back in, causing a sharp spike.

Shaun, it's interesting you say that, I'm thinking long and hard about my position too.

My prediction previously was £10 pre trading update and then a move to about £12 if revenue is ~£325m and a big run on the share price to £15+ if they hit your revenue projections.

I think I'll take some off the table if we hit £12 but hold it in cash ready to jump straight back in if results are exceptional.

Dolls don't count Woodstock, however lifelike they are.

The p/e ratio is nowhere near 1 though, we aren't going to see £775m profit in 2020!

It's a good question. Besty, that is often the case but not always the case. This is a very unique situation and one without much precedent. The market has certainly not priced in the sort of figures that many of us on here are hoping for so if we're right then the sp will push on hard after the results...
