You are right, Dave Wall and 88e as operator will give regular updates.
We have 3 stacked zones to target, hit oil in the first one and we will run wire line logging, which will be in a RNS. That will have a huge impact on the share price....!
We have major finds all around us, with nearly a %100 successful drilling rate, the closest a 1.2 billion barrel find only 3 miles away and we have 3 zones to aim at, we would have to be extremely unlucky not to find oil.
Alaska is also dubbed the oiliest place on earth......
I have been in this share for years, through Puntland and Indonesia and have seen the share price reach 50p.
But this is certainly the best asset yet and on a positive outcome, this will without doubt be one of the shares of 2019.
Huge upside for a small company with low shares in circulation, but of course in the unlikely event of not finding commercial oil, and with no other current projects the share price will be hit very hard.
I also have a larger holding in 88e with 4 projects currently in the pipeline and limited downside, however the biggest riser will be here.
I am very confident in this project and will be holding through to the final results with RMP.
Time to forget the past and look forward to the Feb drilling and hopefully the road to a large commercial oil find.
When this moves, believe me, it will move fast...

I do agree with others re Bandy, and I have also been in this share for years, through the Puntland and Philippine days.
I did make some money but also have held some through the last 3 years of inactivity, but I am still currently well down on this share. Unfortunately I was also in range resources at the same time and lost a very large amount in that company selling out at a large loss.
However it’s time to move on, maybe Bandy has dropped on lucky with this Alaskan drill, but like him or loathe him this drill could be the making of the company and the share price with it.
I have added to my holding here purely on the the quality and potential upside the Alaskan drill.
Yes it is currently a one trick pony, but if you are happy with the downside risk at these low levels, then the upside potential of 50p or more is there for all to take.
I am also in the drill operator 88e who have 4 projects and present a lower risk lower reward scenario.
Each investor makes his own choice and with this company I am investing in the serious potential of a successful drill and not Bandy himself.

Islandgirl, there may be a small placing which would be the sensible thing to do. However at the present moment there is not...that is a fact.
As an investor, I have built up a good holding ready for the forthcoming drill and of course I anticipate a very good rise on the run up to and during the drill.
The drill has an excellent chance of success and I will be in this all the way....that is my agenda.
You are not an investor and have no wish for RMP and it’s investors to do well....Your agenda is clear for all to see.........
IMO This share will do very very well

This share could be one of the star performers of 2019. The upcoming Winx prospect to be drilled in February is targeting 3 separate intervals including the massive nanushuk formation.
Only 3 miles from another huge discovery and on the same trend,we would have to be very very unlucky not to encounter any oil during the drill.
Low shares in issue, fully funded with massive potential upside. I added on Friday and will continue to do so while at this low price.

Yes I have been in since the heady punt land days and through the last drill in the Philippines. Bandy has done nothing in the last 2 or 3 years to help the company and its investors.
However this is a very good up and coming drill in Alaska and has the potential to be truly company making if successful.

Of course he will have to raise at some point to put some money in the coffers as back up, but that should be done at a much higher price next year.
I agree , now is the time to accumulate and wait for the rise.
Forget Bandy, look at the potential....

I would like to warn potential investors who might be put off by some of the tosh that is spouted on these boards by derampers, many of whom have there own alteria motives....and always involves negativity and disruptive behaviour.
DYOR and don’t listen to the drivel from certain elements on these boards.
We have some really good people invested in 88Energy who have done and shared lots of research with everybody on here.
My thanks go out to them, I think all the genuinely invested will be very happy in a few months time.

The deramping brigade has started this morning already. No ramps will be needed from genuine holders, the share price will take care of itself once the official news begins to flow.
We will have lots of positivity in the coming months and certainly an exciting time for all genuine holders, not so good for the bashers and non holders.

I have also taken all my offer shares as well. I think we will be in for a busy few months and 2019 will be a defining year in 88E progress on all fronts, starting with the conventional farm out.

I don’t think you have missed the boat at all. The low market cap and low number of shares in issue should certainly push this higher the closer we come to the drill in 2019.
I intend to build my position over the next few months. Very good upside as opposed to little downside.
On success with the drill and this will certainly be multiples of the current share price.
A safe environment and with a fantastic success rate of all the recent drills in Alaska, this could really go far.

Drilling Planning
88 Energy Ltd will manage the drilling of the initial test well in the Western Blocks on behalf of the joint venture and consortium partners. 88 Energy has already commenced a rig market survey and is identifying a suitable rig with which to commence the drilling operations. Given that the location is only accessible through an ice road, drilling will be undertaken during the winter operational months once the Alaska North Slope is opened for operations.
The joint venture has met with the Alaska Department of Natural Resources to expedite required approvals and permits to undertake the initial test well.

Seems like this has been planned for a while, hence our recent raise. No hint and no leaks from any of the companies.

Stalin, I would agree with you that many will sell or at least derisk at least some of their holding when the share price re rates. On the other hand many new investors will come in, as will institutional investors to keep the share price rising. Imagine where we will be if Ice2 flows at a good rate to confirm the unconventional, and then the conventional comes in with loads of net pay over multiple zones and of course a potential drill in Yukon as well with new partners..... The potential is certainly there and attainable, if so we will truly cream the curve......

Stalin, i think we are all dissapointec with the current share price, but i am sure we will see a positve reaction as we get closer to reopening the well. The market will rerate the share price accordingly as well on a good flow with the unconventional on ice 2. The potential is huge, once the risks are mitigated, instituitions will be all over this to drive the share price a lot higher than us mere private investors could. Patience will be rewarded........ I have done much research in the 3 years i have held this share, much of it originating from the many excelent posters on this board. This is my biggest holding by far and i beleive that if this flows as it should, then we will be far higher than 4p. Everyone will have there own strategy as i have mine, but with the added bonus of the conventional, farm ins and Yukon gold, i will be dissapointed if this is not around 20p or more in 12 months time. I will deffinetely not be giving my shares away and many will be kept in for the end game which will be a take over or even a much higher price on possible production with a bigger player.
