Having been a long term share holder in Prem for years, including buying shares at over 2 pence ! I am well aware of GR shortcomings, missed deadlines and false promises.
However, I believe the potential here with Zulu gives a fantastic opportunity for Prem to finally give value to many long term holders and indeed new investors buying in at this price.
Again we have are just over a month late with the start of drilling, but at least it seems we have started the drilling with early results due end of this month. George has taken his time and will consider options as we progress the drill, perhaps we might see a joint venture later in the year after all. Lithium is much in demand and will be for years to come, going forward there will be plenty of interest in our resource. We should certainly start to see a nice increase in the share price, plenty of buys this morning including mine.
Certainly patience is a key here with loads of potential in the coming months.
Any news on the progress of Circum, Rha and MNH will only have a positive impact on the share price, these are certainly not priced in to the current level.
Steward1 you seem to try to pick up any any negative news you can, I appreciate it can be difficult with George at the helm and you have very right to post as we all have, but if i felt the same as you and did not believe in the potential here, then I would not be invested in Prem, that is if are still invested. Perhaps try be look at Prem in a bit more positive light and see what transpires, perhaps you may be pleasantly surprised at future developments in the next few months.
Acker we all know you trade Prem and have done so for years, some of your posts are quite entertaining and you post some very good thoughts and info, but also at times to suit your agenda as a trader, but good luck to you.
I read this board most days but rarely post but like most long termers I have had many disappointments over the last few years and completely understand shareholders dissatisfaction with GR.
I am hoping Prem can finally forfill its promise over the next few months, with some patience let’s give it a chance, but good luck to all.

All looking good for Circum dfs, we will have updates as results from the dfs are concluded which will have a positive impact on the value of our Circum shares. Circum is certainly not priced in to Prems current share price. All looking good for early next year along with our Zulu dfs completion.

Updates on MNH and RHA would be good, but I do agree we definitely need to prioritise Zulu dfs in the next few months.
Updates and progression on good dfs results will have a major positive impact on Premsshare price with a good steady rise into next year.

This share will generate massive interest from current and potential investors on any good news. Let’s hope George can provide that in the next few days, weeks and months.

I am deeply appreciative of the Zimbabwe government for the granting of this substantial EPO and Premier will reciprocate with mobilisation for the commencement of the definitive feasibility study (DFS) on the Zulu deposit, which has an estimated completion time of 14 months, ” Premier African Mines chief executive Mr George Roach said on the company’s website.

Minister Chitando said successful ventures in lithium mining will boost the Government’s confidence to have the sector achieve US$12 billion. Mining is currently contributing about eight percent of GDP. An average of 6,2 percent was recorded to the GDP between 2009 and 2015 and 8,4 percent from 2016 to 2018, figures from the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development show.

Meanwhile, Minister Chitando said the Government was not backtracking on its “use it or lose it” policy in mines.

“Those who are not fully utilising mining claims have to know that they will eventually lose. The goal is to maximise production by working with competent and progressive mines,” he said.

LITHIUM exploration underway at Fort Rixon, Matabeleland South is set to heighten Government’s measures of using the mining sector as leverage to reach its target of a US$12 billion economy in the extractive industry.

The Government recently gave an Exclusive Prospecting Order (EPO) to mining giant Premier African Minerals to commence the exploration process on lithium and tantalum. When mining eventually starts, it is expected that the mineral will rake in US$1, 4 billion in eight years.

Fort Rixon is largely known as a gold mining area but the subsequent discovery of other minerals in the belt, has necessitated the need for more investment. The Ministry of Mines and Mining Development has positioned parts of Fort Rixon, Gwanda and Insiza as prime areas for the mining of lithium among other minerals such as bismuth, arsenic, chrome and nickel.

Envisaged mining of lithium is expected not only to open the economy but to be an example of a public-private partnership to bring investment in the country, according to Mines and Mining Development Minister, Winston Chitando.


“The exploration of lithium by Premier African Minerals started in March. This is one mineral that is going to be a game-changer in the country. The Government is on a path to increase the mining sector’s contribution to the economy and availing such investments will bear fruit,” said the minister in an interview last Friday.

The minister who is on a charm offensive to reach out to would-be investors, told Sunday News Business that there has been an overwhelming response for lithium.

“Of course the responses to our call for investment have been encouraging. Zimbabwe is going to be the next biggest supplier of lithium. Lithium is in demand in the automotive and mobile phone industries as it is used in batteries to improve efficiency. The mineral is of high demand to electric car manufacturers worldwide.”

A statement from Premier African Minerals on the start of the lithium exploration process, indicates that the company is committed to bringing value.

The market does not like uncertainty, all we need is Confirmation of funding and the start of the drilling in the next week or two and that will see a nice steady rise in the share price., especially with drilling updates and potential news on our other projects.
The DFS at Zulu is the main reason most people are invested, once completed, with outstanding results, then either Prem or Zulu will be sold to the highest bidder. I cannot see us going into production unless we have a JV with a large company.
I have been in this for years and agree the next 12months is potentially huge.
I think we have a great chance to monotanise Zulu and take the share price into the pennies.
Lithium is and will be much in demand for years, we need to take advantage of that now.
We have the opportunity, and the interest will certainly be there from existing and new shareholders. Let’s see where we are once the DFS is completed, my guess is far higher.

niggeyr, I have been in Prem since well before 2017 when you came in. I was buying at over 2 pence and I am still way down on my original investments. However I have bought more and I think even GR would not be stupid enough to blow this opportunity.
There is huge interest in Prem with many new investors on.board, and even more interest in Lithium.
We have the other projects and even news on Circum could come any time.
It may take 14 months to complete the DFS but imagine the news flow as we progress the drilling over the area.
We should also get progressive news on production and off take agreements.
All we need is 4 or 5 million for us to progress, which is nothing to a large company.
We have had a few false starts, but now is not the time to sell, it’s the time to buy.
I strongly believe the next 12 to 18 months will be huge.
A steady increase in the share price this week with news of a JV will start the ball rolling for 2021.
We are at the start of a new and profitable journey.

I agree, the main market listing and Accustem could have been handled far better, but there is no denying that we have fantastic potential here. Something i am quite happy to wait for .....!

Sentiment, can and will change very quickly, we see it in so many shares when a lack of news causes the share price to drift lower and lower. Then news on several fronts and the share price and sentiment takes off in leaps and bounds....
The bod will be working very hard behind the scenes on all of our projects, but of course we do need a certain amount of patience. I am very confident we will all be rewarded once news starts to flow.
We can expect news very soon ( possibly within the next 24 hours ) on Brazil, main market and Accustem and maybe more, who knows.
I for one am very much looking forward to the next 4 weeks, i just hope Santa does not have to self isolate or we will be in for a crappy Christmas....!

Hi Guys, I have built up a large holding here. The fall is annoying but a great chance to accumulate.
I believe 2021 will be transformational for Tils. Plenty in the pipeline.
Brazil will be a good starter, along with listing for main market and of course accustom to come.
Sentiment can change in a flash, and it will soon.

Whilst the Accustem Shares will be allotted on the completion of the Demerger, it is unlikely that the process to obtain a standard listing on the Official List and admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange will be complete by the date of completion of the Demerger. Accordingly, no Accustem Shares will be actually issued (or CREST accounts credited or Accustem ADSs issued) until the earlier of (i) Accustem Admission; and (ii) 2 months from the date of the completion of the Demerger. This is to prevent the issue of large numbers of physical share certificates which would then need to be replaced or dematerialised upon Accustem Admission.

It seems people have now seen this as the bottom and are starting to buy again. I have bought more this morning.
This will rise from here.

George also stressed that the new overhead of shares, if voted through, would not be wasted on any new acquisitions apart from the further interest in MNH to take us up to 17%, which will prove cash generative to Prem every month.
Also some to be used to pay existing debts.
IF everything falls in place, then this year will be transformational to Prem.
However we need
EPO for Zulu followed by upgrade report and JV
off taker agreements for RHA to pay for startup along with government funds owing to us,

MNH cash generative

If all of the above fall into place, then this will be a far happier place to be....

The next few months will be extremely interesting, hopfully in a positive way.

He does stress that Prem need to move on to be cash generative, which we all have known for a few years now. Hence the reason for the involvement with MNH.
IN my own opinion, RHA has been a money pit, unfortunately prices collapsed at the wrong time and we have had 2 years of stalemate. Hopefully that will change soon.
Zulu needs progressing and Circum will be very important to us financially if that finally progresses.

Epo- News soon hopefully with good understanding from Zim goverment, cannot go on or action to be taken by prem.
Zulu- will progress our own study to evaluate before any JV etc
