I remember the Company saying "in the New Year" for strategy somewhere either in RNS or at the AGM. So folks we have about 8 weeks until 2016 and we know as GS says that the SP will be played with a bit between now and then so we have to suck it up some more. However, once the capital is repaid I think we might see the sort of shock and awe string of announcements we have all been waiting for. I would much rather hear good things now but life aint like that so we will just have to wait. And a very good morning to BS our pet troll. Well said Mullins 90p is coming by the end of 2015 and that will become day 1 for the Newco. The price up to that point does not matter at all but it is only some 8 weeks away. After that if the price opens at 1p Great!!!! I will be buying loads because what you are buying into at that point is a cash rich tech innovator with top management, established products and clean accounts. Even if there are YLF/SFO issues these are more than covered by the NIHL provisions so do not affect the Newco. Nothing in life is guaranteed but on AIM who else can state categorically that their company has these attributes???

Hi Sean, As a veteran here I also remember you as one of the good guys through the worst of the attacks last year and all credit for the way you defended the group at that time. Please forgive negativity here as since you stopped posting regularly we have had to put up with wave after wave of trolling here plus more than one formerly positive poster who has been reincarnated as a troll. Billy bean springs to mind for instance. . . I think you will find that those of us who held out for the last 18 months are very upbeat about the future prospects of the NEW company. We all have differing views of the past and who is to blame for what occurred. but the past is PAST so we just have to deal with the situation as it is - not how we would like it to be Overall things seem primed to do something - not sure what, but with such a high quality new team on board we hope for the best. I hope our investments here can turn around over time and we can all reminisce over a beer at a future AGM?

Now all we need is some real news for the real investors to discuss and its all good I don't think we will have too long to wait TBH ATB HH

Mr Drake reckons he shorted from 105.80p so is about 6p up at the moment Now that is all well and good but how much per point??? I have asked this before with no reply. I mean if he's in for £10 per point he is £60 quid up £100 per point - £600 up But to be really worth all the fuss he needs to be at least £1000 per point or better still £10000 per point Otherwise why post so much misery here for a few quid - Must be easier ways to make money ????? I personally hope he cashed in At 98p today at least he would have made some money ATB HH

If the shares were valued at £1 and they gave £1 back what would the SP be ?? This underpins the price post distribution (at least 10p) and gives INDRO time to announce his strategy ATB HH PS market seems to like it anyway !!

I was so fearful this week that I bought a shed load more of these. Fearful of missing out that is. £1+ cash back and a free share in a telematics co for LESS than £1. Bargain !!! Thanks BS for making me buy. Keep up the good work son
