US $200 million Is roughly £155Million. Current Mcap £4 Million. =38× I dont think we will all 38 bag but even allowing for finance there should be some profit for us holders. Oh and of course NOTHING for ART because he hadn't got the Cahones

Morning Oil I'm in KRS too and you make s good point. Im in too HNL who are still in a 8 month suspension due to a pending RTO. The point is how long do you normally have to hold an AIM share to see it bag? To me it doesn't matter as long as the outcome is a bagger. Plus you don't have to put up with the usual AIM SP fluctuation nonsense. From the vox interviews the directors were keen to point out they wanted a speedy acquisition so let's hope for this.

ART Thanks for turning up as a non holder and pouring cold water on others investment. I really appreciate your interest. Meanwhile back in the real world you should note that they have in effect arranged project finance which is a huge positive. Also you me or anyone else has no idea to what extent we may get diluted if at all. There are many ways the finance can be structured I also note that the directors aim to do a deal which is beneficial to shareholders so it's unlikely that we will see the value of our shares go down -as we probably wouldn't vote that through we we??? On a final note I see that you watched this for a while without investing. This makes me really happy as in effect you have now missed the boat. Of course you may have been very astute and us holders will all lose out. Somehow I doubt it though. Good day

Fully agree guys. The Company says it wants to do a big deal. Look at the current Mcap and even allowing for financing a £10, 20 or 30 million deal will see the SP multibag. So place your bets or not. . . .

Not going to happen based on what??? The truth is no one can say. It depends on the deal and many other factors not least financing. Peeps should think before holding forth IMO

It may interest some Leopards to know that HNL where I am invested is trying to tie up a big deal with Tulow. Back in April they announced a suspension to 1st August to get the deal done. Well on 1st August they announced an extention to 1st Oct as the deal is complex. I only post this as I believe we may go to the wire here and then announce a suspension to get the deal done. It's a possibility anyway so although I believe this will be good it might not be a short term thing. . . Just a thought. ATB all cats

Well said Ghost. I have been waiting patiently and hope to hear news over the next week or so. I would be reasonable to expect an Uplift to the SP of some sort but as you say it's impossible to gauge without knowledge of the deal and financing etc. V GLA HH
