I think it's hard to stay positive with AIM shares as so many disappoint and a SP is often held low for yonks. However we have several things here that are not common with AIM stocks : Decent management with skin in the game Finance -from Blackrock too! A tangible asset -yes i know it's dirt but it's good dirt.. We are actively moving towards production. It's not 'planned' it's happening. There is demand for our products -and we have off take agreements for most of it. NO other debt NO legal issues NO shorters Oh and some assorted GLOD etc It's all good IMO DYOR WTF ETC ETC :)
