Exactly these large deals between multiple companies always take time ... gettung into bargain territory now IMO

Think this week we'll head back into the 40s as resource update RNS could drop anytime this week or early next week now as end of May was target.

Could be just a good old fashioned error ... Noble was up 25% on their recent statements ... it's going to go right to the wire as no room for delays at all now with farm in/ rig contract, delivery etc but I actually trust the management of Noble more than I do HE! now as their track record is pretty dam impressive.

@aimster ... yes that would have been the best way to proceed if they could indeed get this rig for just 1 drill which I suspect they can't ... HE1 are completely dependent on Noble's farm in IMHO

Thats article is a great summary of where CTL are at and IMO it's now at a great entry price as over next 2 to 4 weeks there is going to be a fair bit of news on resource update etc.

Brokers's valuation targets are often hugely optimistic but the points they make are spot on. My average is 348 but ill bd buying another chunk first thing tomorrow morning at this price.

I tucked this away in a bottom drawer under a think layer of blankets and have't checked in on it for a while but looks promising now ... only just read last RNS about the gold deposits which on top of the copper could make this an extremely interesting hold over the next few months.

Could be nerves before AGM ... they will have to mention where they are at with JV then I think

Also when you look at the track record of the management of Noble it really is quite impeccable ... think they even have a 100% success rate on previous exploration projects which is remarkable.

It is bold tweet and first time I think they've mentioned an actual figure for their farm in of $20 million ... we are already about 3 weeks into period where they mentioned 'several weeks' until news about farm in so think we can expect an update end of May or early June time.

Be interesting to see what they have to say at AGM ... although the JV is important it's by no means the only projects Ceres are working on ... I think the share price has held up really well over the last few weeks without news and I'm confident the only way is up from here short/medium term and the long term gamble is one I'm personally very happy with. The reality is that HE1 have 2 different binary situations now. First one is whether Noble conplete their farm in process in time to get rig signed for and delivered to site for Q3 drilling this year. If yes HE1 share price willl almost certainly souble pre results ... if not and it gets times out and delayed until Q3 next year it will probabĺy halve. Then 2nd bvinary bet is on discovery or dud when they do drill. Thats. either bust or a juicy mutli bagger

I've just had a top up this morning at 37p ... I'm pretty confident this has been over sold now and should see some nice gains over next few weeks. I bought at 30p and sold a major chunk at 83p before ... not sure whether it will get that high again in medium term but mid/high 40s a good bet IMHO

Noble Helium did specify 'several weeks' which I think we have to take as min 3 and then could be up to 6-8 weeks ... from when they stated this about their farm in partner it will take us to some time in June before we hear anything ... the question is whether it will then take the Tanzanian authorities lots of time to approve this or not ... if not I'd expect rig contract ready to sign mid June and it could start shipping soon afterwards so we'd still be on for Aug but more likely September time being realistic IMHO.

The news that accidentally leaked out regarding Michael Williams being promoted to operations director has to be very good news ... everything in place now for when Noble's farm out is finalised. By June this could really start to fly. Cheers

I was looking at doing that but its having another late afternoon rally ... wonder if some news is leaking out ?

Ive been swing trading this share so much over last 2 years ... quite rare to find a share with so much interest with such regular swings ?
