Just thought that NWOG action group shareholdings will also increase when they take on new members.

Hi yoshie, I believe NWOG action group are allowed to buy and sell but simply have to ask for permission. The reason being is the group need to make sure they don't go over the 30% shareholding mark when purchasing shares otherwise they would have to make a formal offer for the company. However, a reason they can not sell is if the group are holding any insider information which is just as likely. So could be a sign of news soon if shareholdings have not moved up or down.

Thank you all for the UK INVESTOR SHOW feedback. It seems AR remained tight lipped and rightly so. Great to learn he would have loved to tell us what is going on but couldn't. Sounds good to me if its good with AR. I think we will have a good day tomorrow and next week as people start taking there positions in NEW with anticipation of news in the short term.

Adam Reynolds will look after 'long suffering shareholders'. He said that himself in a podcast which is what attracted me to the company as well as his recent successes of turning companies around. I have bought my holding and have set aside the equivalent in cash to buy my allocation of shares in the fund raising that is offered to existing shareholders. By the way I only expect to be able to buy up to 50% of my holding in any fundraise as we know AR will take a big chunk and a few selected others. Thats why I think it is key to buy a stake now. Yes the fundraising will be at a discount to the prevailing share price. Again that is something else Adam Reynolds said in the podcast. BUT (I put that in capitals deliberately) the company have plenty cash already which means we do not have to raise as much funds therefore any dilution hopefully will be minimum. All depending on the size of the deal though. Interesting times ahead. When news comes it will move fast and many people will be scrambling to get on board and not miss out on a potential 10 x investment return, such as AR did with Optibiotix.

They are showing as sells because below mid price but they are actually buys.

Great news as thought and posted on here. 'The commercial effect of the transaction will be that shareholders will effectively exchange their shares in Touchstone (which is a Canadian entity) for an equivalent shareholding in NewCo (a UK company)'

Not holding my breath until January. Agree that we need information to be announced to market as it has been a while. What 'concentrated effort' do you suggest? I can imagine between 5 - 6 of us on here we own a decent chunk of the company...at least 5-8%.

From how I understand it and the conversation I have had with the company. Basically, one TGL share as it currently stands will be worth 1 share in our new listing whether we come back as GOS or whoever. So lets hope we come back at a big premium and that will cheer many people up.

Hedge - I've said it once before, ring investor relations. You can speculate all you like on here. Ring the company and then report back with your findings.

I know the shares are suspended but at the same time I do not want to give any mis-information about my conversation with Trevor or mis-lead anybody so like Robspu said call investor relations and speak to Trevor Wells or whoever picks up if you want reassurance. But in short, from the phone call I do not expect any solid update from the company to the market until January. I have ruled out any CQCL RTO right now. Trevor is going to look into why the shareholder presentation was not published onto the website. We spoke briefly about GOS, confirmed they attended Paris roadshow. Other GOS matters were discussed which I wont feel comfortable putting in writing on here. Trevor is a friendly guy from first impression so give him a ring. Don't feel you are wasting his time or TGL's time because at the end of the day if that's how they feel then they should update us shareholders more frequently via presentations on the website.
