Does not surprise me you struggled to get hold of a meaningful number of shares in one go. Level 2 - three market makers on 20pence and one on 19 pence. Won't be long.

Started building a position here. I like the company from my early research.

Buying over 220 pence now. 13,200 pound bought just now @ 221.3 pence

Late yesterday at 16.27 there was a buy for 52,400 pound worth of shares. 15 minutes ago another buy for 41,00 pound. Biggest trades I have seen in a while, money moving back in here. Ask is now 219 pence. We are very close to monthly highs.

dickupham JOG raised just shy of �4m to existing shareholders. Many of whom subscribed expecting to be in the money when the shares hit the market. You have your opinion and I have mine. I say some of those shares were sold back into the market which is why we say shares drop to 160 pence. Regarding book builds. I am assuming you have never taken place in one. If you have the right broker representing you, it is easy to get a piece of the pie. Book builds are not just for corporates you know. I will ignore the grammar comments.

dickupham Situations change and new opportunities arise. Would it surprise you if I told you some in the placing/fund raise money was sold below 200 pence? I have seen it many times before across AIM and it would of happened in JOG. It was a frustrating time when we went below placing price and no doubt in my mind opportunities were seeked elsewhere during this period. Everyone is not a long term holder please remember that. In JOG's case, Schroders and the other big boys will be holding long term. I believe the churn of placing shares will be over soon. Is anyone attending the Oil Capital conference see JOG presentation on Feb 1st?

Again they still want 225 pence for �1000 when ask is 220 pence! What a joke. Only explanation I can think of is they are really short on shares. But this should not be the case as Im sure they have taken a bag full from placement shareholders selling for 10% profit When demand comes in here it will really move fast.
