Competition aside. The difference between 88E reopening the lid of IW2 and a standard spud is 88E has already completed the drilling. It is straight to removing frac fluid/nitrogen lift and we will get results within 2-3 weeks. With spud/drilling you are waiting a minimum of 2 months.

First trade of the day: 1,000,000 BUY at 2.28 pence Nice start to a Friday. If only we could have that buy trade first thing every morning.

Brom - The turning point for me was yesterday with 8 - 10 x 1,000,000 buy trades. In addition there was a lack of notable selling which we have had post-placing. We will get some momentum back into the share price now with IW2 upon us.

2 x 25,000 pound buys One market maker on 2.35 pence and most of others on 2.4 pence You cannot hold a stock with this much potential down forever. I would say FOMO, but volume only 12.1m

dazzle - thats good to know. Where did you see the $85 figure suggested by DW?

Will $80 oil set up a flurry of global M&A activity in oil sector? Only takes one of the majors to start making moves and the rest will follow. Cant help but think Oil Search have been ahead of the pack with their Armstrong deal, when it comes to Alaska. Very interesting times.
