It's very binary here, if this goes wrong it's go down very fast (for now at least). LFT is the big one short term. BAMS is massive too, but probably doesn't hold the same appeal to investors. It's probably easier to see the value in something you'll be able to buy in the shops and probably even buy youself!
LFT and BAMS both seem unlikely to fail at this stage. The chances of either, let alone both failing are very low as far as we can tell.
If both do fail, there's Neutralising Therapy in the mid term as you correctly said.
There's such limited competition, it feel like we've got three penalty kicks and there no goalkeeper.
If all three are a total miss and you can afford to keep your position long term, there's the cancer treatments too. That's the big profits, if you can wait...
