My understanding is there would be a payment in Sept, 2 payments in 2024, 2 payments in 2025, and a possible dribble in 2026 (tiny amount).

Boomtree, what ball park p/share do you guesstimate September/2024/2025/2026? Cheers.

Fandg2, I think you have your decimal place 2 places off.

I had similar figures, but with the decimal point moved 2 places to the right. Ouch!

I know the next "special" div payment is expected then. Do we know is early or end of? And do we know 'roughly' what pence/share reward might be (ballpark)? Cheers.

The 'special' dividend didn't pay the 6.02p/share as promised. It is 0.83p/share short (the cash).

Do we know when the higher Divs will start?

Increased dividends declared from £3.4 million in 2021 to £17.4 million in 2022 and announced 2023 dividend guidance of £24.5 million (2.052 pence / share).

I'll invest my payoff in I3E, safer, solid, good future prospects, and with nice monthly divs.

So we don't know how much we MIGHT get in September?

Can anyone break down what we're likely to get and when? Is it 5.19p/share or 6.2p/share on 22nd June? And what other amounts after that, and when? Even if only a ballpark. There must be more, otherwise why not sell everything now?

So what happens next?

Is the 'special dividend' a nice way of saying 'you'll be selling your shares at this price'? Are we still getting the extra pennies in dribs and drabs after 22nd June's forced payout?

The Dividend says 5.19p/share.

Date: 8th June.

Paid: 22nd June.

Assuming that's taken first thing 8th June, should we expect a huge amount of sales on 8th June as the share price drops after the dividends have been locked in?

Some of us can't get out. Our % down is so high we have to cross our fingers and hope for the best. Not by choice, but locked in none the less.

As somebody who doesn't pretend to be savvy in the complicated matters of stocks and shares, can somebody (there are a few here) explain in a nutshell the following, please...

When we might get said 3.something pence/share, and likely dates we'll get the other amounts thereafter. Aslo, does this mean we're giving up our shares (forced selling) for these amounts, or will we keep them, but they'll be worth considerably less, or transferred to another company for X amount of shares per X amount of share? Any dates and clear info will help my muddled mind. Cheers.
