i can't wait until the dcus are all fully paid and i no longer have to come here, look for any hur-related updates, and find the tedious ongoing ****match. i couldn't care who is right and who is wrong. stop!

But what is the ratio of cash and shares? We could get 12.5p per share for every 975 I3E shares out of 1,000, and 1 GTE share for every 25 I3E shares out of 1,000. I can't find anywhere that states, or hints at, the split between Cash and GTE shares.

It's a Cash and Share Acquisition. I assume this means, X amount of our shares will be bought for cash and X amount of our shares will become GTE shares. Do we know the ratio/percentage?

Will we get forced to sell our shares at £X amount, or will we gain X amount of shares in the new company?

If accepted, will we get PMI shares, or forced to sell ours at 13.9p (if that's the price)?

I'm not interested in the ongoing arguement, but I did want to point out that 4 months is not a couple of months. I couldn't care either way who is right or wrong, but I just wanted to make sure everyone knows a couple is two.

Do we expect the payments to be spread over Sept 2025 and both of 2026? If so, 1.18p/share on each of those 3 payments. Or will Sept 2025 throw in the additional, probable, extras and leave 2026 with smaller payments?

Any know, or have a better guesstimate than my ‘rough’ guesswork?

I guess the 1.77p sale price is for people in a hurry. If we get... 0.9p in Sept 2024, 0.6p in March 2025, 0.6p in Sept 2025, and maybe 0.3p in March 2026 and 0.2p in Sept 2026... 2.6p total. And they aren't outlandish guesstimates.

thanks. i've been with hur for many years and am part of the heavy loss mob. i've always appreciated updates on possible/probable outcomes from those more knowledgeable, and with a better understanding of how the maths works. i've tried to get my head around it, and googled anything i can find as well as reading the documents given when the dcus came into play. the variations of what might happen next is so varied, and i'm fully aware prax will find ways to dodge paying out expected amounts. when i'm left with 10 different figures, i was merely asking what's the best guess (so that can narrow it down to 3 or 4). my comment is based on reading a ****ging off match between a few people, back and forth, and never being resolved. i'm not complaining because i'm not being spoon fed accurate figures, i'm complaining because of the constant arguing... usually between 2-4 people who have put in an impressive amount of work (extremely helpful and appreciated), but don't agree with each other, which then turns to name calling, and personal attacks. it's a bit childish. it's boring. right or wrong, that's my opinion.

Any chance you lot can take your fight into the car park? I'm asking questions about HUR and getting updates on which of you is the most unhappy with the other/others. You don't like each other. We get it!

That 9.8p total is looking likely/accurate. How do you see that breaking up with our payments? 0.6p and then 1p in 2024? Then what in 2025 and 2026? Cheers.
