I'm in a similar position. Not the worst!!!! My worst was Lehmanns the day before they went bust. I said to myself - they won't let it go - and they did. It was gambling money. I remember TEG put themselves up for sale and changed their mind. It was a little bizarre. I guess the offers that came in were probably very low and they blanched. So they have to do the hard graft and grow it.

Well I was looking for any clues on Gaydon and found zero but found the Indie article. If it had been Questor then I would have got excited! I actually sold my entire holding - I think I cancelled out earlier losses - and bought back in - but now in negative territory, again! I think long term it is a good bet and a nice entry price now. If anyone is looking or reading this.....

Nothing happening - retentions - I dont think we will see them

I will watch Simon's video and comment fully. I enjoy his open style and I love the position it finds itself in with the satellite hook up and the 3 D viewing technology it bought last year and the AIS etc etc. But this lumpy order thing - I'm so tired of hearing it. I have heard this for the last 3 years at least. I know we can't force a US maritime mandate through so its out of our hands.....very frustrating. I will stick to this but I cant afford to top up...again. I'm already in in a major way. What's wrong here the margins or just volume? Sitting on a lot of stock???

From my perspective I think this is a significant launch 80% coverage and 60 reps. OK USA is large but this is gangbusters or bust. Its great news and I have topped up again even after this rise. First 6 month sale data is critical

My sympathies. There's a bit of everything in GKP - war, intrigue, embargoes. I have a dull QPP holding - I sold half yesterday. Phew. A sense of unease was descending on the listing - it was late. I don't honestly know what to do

Whilst the whole world stares at QPP this one is exquisitely rising nice and steady. Are you happier now fourteenhundred? When did the TEG website get a makeover? I haven't been on it for ages - looks very professional. I am not break even! Buy more?

Who knows, I was very up - as this is the price of my first SP purchase and I bought on the rise up to 1000p! I did sell on the way down but missed the peak by a country mile. It just keeps falling. I was attracted due to the technology + patent and the big data hype. But its not my field so was never 100% happy with it. Cheaper alternatives exist which are not all whoopy that people can live with? The orders are not coming fast enough to support MCAP which is still 96m. This is an AIM 100 share and it is nowhere near profit. I'm out completely now last sale today. Its been hard to get rid of - had to sell it in lots of tiny chinks. Good luck.

only 49% taken up I guess they were miserly as they knew the holders are getting a little fatigued at having to dip into their wallets. I've followed this share for 3 years now. In and out and now back in - Im pretty sure I have lost money! I see it as very long slow uphill journey but repeat business and income on consumables will get us there. Its not very exciting but I think it will be steady. I always thoughts it would a buy out target one day. It just doesn't have any critical mass. J&J would be nice ;). US will be be slow but steady.

I was first tipped these shares by Fat Cat which used to be in Hargreaves Lansdown - it was a great little share tipping sheet. Sadly no longer. I think it was probably written by the main man - did anyone else get it? TEG was a dud but might be ok long term but there were some fantastic ones like Energetix - now Flow, GBG and TRX which are all multi-baggers well run solid companies. Struggling to identify potential multi bagger - Wandisco has absolutely fallen flat I dont see it coming back fro a while. Also all AIM tech stocks out of favour I sense.

Sorry my recollection was wrong - it was 3p on 25th June 2012 and I bought extra! Also I subscribed on the 8th July 2011 at 5p but did not buy extra. I was less sure at 5p. At 3 p I thought it was a bargain.

Only for the CD4 test? The value is in the allergy bank and automating it. I doubt GSK would be interested.

Me too - as I said first purchase at 27p! But looks better. Not many other fields have guaranteed revenue for such long periods and rising prices - as in land fill tax will drive up feedstock and electricity is only going one way I think. There is also a demand for "green electricity". It's all about the management team don't you think? Will they cock it up? They delivered the last project.

I believe is when the company is generating cash and has enough and cant find anywhere to put it with a better return so it gives it to the owners of the company - the shareholders. One day, of course. Yes it is years away. These are long term contracts. Investment phase will finish. Capex is fully amortised, operation gearing improves and profits roll in. This is what the stock holder are for we stump up the capital. If you can't see it turning into profit why are you holding shares in the company? Why are you not in for the long term?

I can see some light at the end of the tunnel. My original purchase was at 27.5 in 2011! Seems like absolute madness now. Ouch. Since them clawed back some profit on selling the placements on the peaks and buying back in on the dips. I've always liked it due to the long term contracts and rising inputs due to landfill tax only going one way - still in paper lose but will tuck this one way now. What has amazed me really is how well people recycle their food waste - I think there is still a lot more of organic waste kicking around to harness. One day there will even be a dividend!

LIke all I am waiting to hear, but I'm not massively optimistic of initial sales. I have been in TRX since 5p and got in when I saw the heritage - link with Blood Transfusion and read the studies. I plan to hole .I don't expect it to sell as well as you think despite being an amazing product. The US is a very conservative market. I have worked in pharma for 20 years. Have a look at Deltex which have a fantasttic in-line Doppler machine no doubt the best one in the world which is launched in the USA - its along hard slog but when you make it you make it. I'm expecting a bit more downward drift.
