RS99, why are you here? You could have sold before or at the start of the fall and have been free of the burden of being a holder if it is that bad.

So the BoD have to try again to meet the requirements set out under French corporate law to hold the AGM, EGM etc etc...
1) so what are the chances of the same outcome 2nd time around?
2) What are they going to do differently this time to reach the 20%
3) what happens if once again they fail to reach the target?
Last year there was a right old hubbub to get the numbers, and the SP was flying, Co very much in the ascendancy, many others watching NCYT with envy, hoping their own SP would copy and do a 'nova'. The numbers were met.....12 months later, others praying their own share does not do a nova, no hubbub about the share and no buzz amongst the holders, numbers not met. Guess we need the buzz back. It might be the share is so dormant that even shorters have fallen asleep?

Perhaps they need to bring the shares under LSE rules rather than Bourse? Seems they are doing there damndest to nobble the price, beggars belief.

I too have issues with the form, is it a generic form they have sent out, because I cannot find any coralation between the various tick boxes and the AGM resolution doc on Novacyt's www. From memory, last year's form was simpler? Unless I did it via the agree with all box tick?
This year, one section with 50 boxes, to select no or abstain, and another section with 8 or 12 boxes with yes, no or abstain...wft?? Are they trying point us to say yes to all? Worst voting form I have ever come across.

You never know, there might be a treeshake in the boardroom after the votes are counted. I have feeling some of the board and NEDs might be getting a bloody nose so to speak. Maybe then they might be more proactive and help support the SP and get it out of this stupid trading range and also away from the day traders...( if they are to blame). The Co is in a much stronger postition than a year ago, proving last years growth was no flash in the pan, yet the SP is lower. Maybe the action being brought by the GLP over the shady contract dealings might yet be a blessing for us and the many other Co's shafted after coming to the gov's rescue? Can only hope! Anyway, lets see what becomes of the AGM first, somehow I do not think it is going to be so cosy as last years!!

BTW, I have always looked upon you as a neutral poster, but this bit regarding your 300k loss and 15% risk, has got me confused about your standing, and the style of composition reminds me of the style of a certain captain from way back when statements made become somewhat muddied. Perhaps a nice sun drenched beach and some R&R might do you good, get away from the surgery and top up the vitimin D.
