88 are in such a **** situation. no where near as much oil as us. and they don’t own it all. they seem to be able to raise if needed.

It was clearly started in the webinar, the last raise was done with a view that the mind find themselves in this position. My guess, if dubhe doesn’t produce, then yes a raise is very likely.

You people talk absolute nonsense!! Look at the sp value for the last 5 years. It goes through these cycles when something hasn’t quite gone to plan. It the builds back up in time.

I personally think that they will get oil out of that well. One way or another.

P, I was referring to your comment about overspend in the news article you are referring to.

The extra money was a conscious decision that they made. So it was unplanned. It just wasn’t in there initial cost. You made it sound like it was a unforeseen cost that they had no choice in paying.

Just to add to this, it didn’t overrun because of issues. It made a conscious decision to increase the scope of the appraisal, which therefore cost more money.

Hurst, just be clear, I’m not suggesting (albeit I understand from my comment why you would think this) that there is going to be some magic news catalyst between now and April that will shoot the sp up. It’s just by past tendencies with this stock there is a steady incline between wells / testing and I see no reason this wouldn’t be the same. I’m not saying it will happen tomorrow or next week but over the course of the next few months i believe it will steady go up. Not to the heights it has, just steadily because in reality nothing has really changed.

There are many companies out there that would have realised that RNS and gone off to enjoy their Christmas dinner, with no thought to the shareholders. Not pantheon. They sat there and explained everything. which to me shows what these boys are about. Unfortunately, that is why perhaps the market has reacting the way it has. They have delayed an aggressive programme….flow testing, us listing, gas sales agreement. With no diversity in there program should something not quite go to plan. Unfortunately when you set goals like that people will react if you are perceived not to be meeting them. For me, the failure of megrez has is to blame. It completely struck fear into investors. Even though, this well has nothing to do with this one.

Between now and april things will be happening in the back ground that will some day come to light that will effect the sp value. They are not just sitting and waiting.

People keep talking about pantheon like it’s done. It’s all over. If you look at the sp pattern over the last 5 years, you will lots of peaks and troughs. Where field activity has taken place and not quite worked or future testing is required. It then builds back up once a new plan is in place. This is situation is no different. In fact, this is even better as nothing has actually happened yet.

I think pantheon set some aggressive timeframes and pinned a lot on this well. Which is why shareholders have reacted the way that they have. Another reason why they are trying to diversify and plan kodiak. Not necessarily because they don’t think dubhe and aphun are going to work. Just in case they don’t.

As for no activity for the next three months well that’s rubbish…..possible news on farm out, planning for testing of kodiak, planning for re-start of testing. I can assure you it’s not like they are sitting there waiting until April.

At one point Hobbs got a bit defensive. I liked that. I thought it showed he was frustrated at the criticism and knows there is huge potential.

For me the graph showing the previous well flow showed a lot. The oil production went up on such a steep curve implying that once it hits the magic flow back, it flows quick. I was imaging a much more gradual increase.

Hopefully he pops up again tonight after the webinar. Not a bad thing he has kept his head down today. I didn’t want the message board all about going for him. It would be good to get his views after the webinar though.

Bang on PR. People will wait until after the webinar. No one really knows what the company is thinking properly yet.

Everything needs to explaining to us. I have no doubt o will finish to night feeling positive and it’s just a massive blip in the road.

It will be interesting in today’s webinar how much they speak about JV’s. It’s not something they have necessarily spoken about a lot in the past.
