Dream, I mentioned earlier to Marmaris, the RNS must have been released to disclose the financial part rather than an update on the flow testing. They couldn’t just update us on the financial side without mentioning the well. Imagine the meltdown if they had. I actually don’t think they were ready to issue any update on the well, much like the RNS on conference. Why they needed to disclose the financials of the drill now I don’t know.

I would like to think that Max wouldn’t be looking forward to sharing more about Dubhe-1 if he wasn’t quietly confident. It would be a strange way to end the RNS if it wasn’t going how he expected it to be going.

Marmaris, I personally feel that was the whole purpose of RNS. The well update was an aside. Much like the RNS about max attending the conference. Hence why the well update was lowkey.

So when do we think we will get to 50% frac fluid recovered? If the last RNS on the 12 Nov was 20% and 20 days later we are at 40%, I assume 10days from now?? Give or take.

This RNS was clearly about the financials rather than the flow test. Much like the last RNS was about the Max presenting at the conference. An RNS about anything other than a flow test result was always going to spark panic. They clearly chose there words carefully regarding oil and gas flow. Both now described better than the last RNS.

My question would be why disclose the overspend now? Is it to not damage the share price later, or financing discussions taking place in the background?? Surly they could have been justified not disclosing this financials until the flow test was completed. There must be a reason??

I wonder if they will consider doing a reverse share split in order to achieve the minimum share price to list on a major US market?

My understanding of dual listing is that the price will be the same as the AIM price (after currency conversion), therefore it won’t be set at anything. It will open based on current price. I haven’t looked too much into it though so my understanding may be wrong.

I slightly disagree with that Tony. He probably does know more than what the RNS said however, the data he has so far isn’t accurate enough to release to the market.

However, what is interesting isn’t what he said, it is his general demeanour that is positive. And the audience he is saying it to.

That’s great. Thanks for posting. I actually feel there is more positivity in his presentation than the last RNS. Even though they said very similar things.

One thing that stood out to me was he said about companies being low key until they actually find something. This is exactly how pantheon are playing it. The fact that he presented here and was in the Financial Times says alot.

Fundamentally, the market is only looking for one thing…..flow test results. Anything other than this is probably going to have a negative impact on the sp. We know this from the previous RNS.

The fact that Glenfarne are looking to purchase parts prior to FID of the pipeline says quite a lot. There must be some level in confidence that pantheon can deliver. Especially if the back up plan is going to cost over half a billion more to deliver.

Does anyone know, other than pantheon, are there any other companies looking to supply gas for phase one of the LNG?
