I intend to hold through the RTO. If all goes to plan, I can see a potential 20-30 bagger here and I don’t see that in any other shares. I’m not here for a 100% or even 300%. Potential is massive.

They released the second extension a few days earlier last time so I’m hoping that’s it’s a positive that they haven’t announced anything as yet. Deadline tomorrow so fingers crossed for positive news. We will surely get an rns either way.

To be fair, the original Oncogeni deal and Lyramid deals were valued at $22.8m combined so that was worth around £15m so people are aware if this.

Oncogeni filing on 20th October last week. Why is it being announced now when happened months ago ?

They lsaid this in the RTO rns:

Prior to completion of the Transaction, Roquefort Therapeutics intends to carve-out Lyramid Pty Ltd and the MK Cell program for the benefit of existing shareholders

· Upon completion of the Transaction it is proposed that the name of the Company be changed to Coiled Therapeutics plc

Stephen West has been putting large amounts in at 1.5p and 2p.

He said in the RTO presentation that the price of the issuance would be fair for ROQ and for A2A. They have just raised at 2p so I see that as a minimum. The way he keeps banging on about Lyramid being worth 5p to shareholders then I don’t see why it should be below that personally. They are getting shares to the value of £30m. I’m not sure how much they will be raising as the shares won’t be going to others to raise money to pay A2A. So does the price really matter that much ? I imagine there will be a lock in period ?

It’s just how many shares and interest A2A want in the new company.

They need to start converting these deals as the faith and trust are disappearing as can be witnessed on this board.

Don’t think anyone believes the deals will go through as ROQ don’t exactly have a great record of execution. Come up with brilliant deals but they simply haven’t materialised yet. We aren’t far off all time lows and a sub £3m cap. Some houses on my street are worth more than that.

Waiting on Lyramid and I’d expect that will be extended to end of December again for two months but who knows.

Not long to wait for more news on the Lyramid deal and further updates on RTO as promised.

These type of trades are worked buys, usually done through a more established broker. I used to use Redmayne Bentley and they would often do me worked orders which can be buys or sells. They’d usually start me off in NMS or whatever was on offer/bid at the time and then look to fill the order over the course of the day.

A lot of traders don’t know this happens.

The bitcoin holding is worth just over 5p per share so it’s worth a punt down here imho.

Can see a run to 10p soon.

Why would you sell now ? It isn’t a trading stock. Most exciting time in the company’s history and people sell at 1.7p when the all time low wasn’t much lower.
