So when did he sell the other 2.2m as today’s rns says he had 10.3m ?

Anyway, he must be out now.

There was that 3.9m sell last week as well so reckon he’s out now and he’s off the shareholder list on the website.

It’s about £2m at today’s exchange so more like 1.2p.

Midkine (owned by ROQ shareholders as of Sunday) would pay the dividend as the amount would be in their account.

Midkine will be a holding company for the Lyramid and Mk cell programme assets so can’t see them needing $2.65m sat in cash.

Unless they get a bigger upfront amount and return this amount to shareholders after the time of carve out in the way of a special dividend ?

They said it would be $2m for Lyramid and upto $650k for the Mk Cell programme so that’s over 1p covered in the share price as cash with the further upside being worth around 5p for Lyramid and around 8p for Mk Cell
