My understanding is that the divi won't be backdated but opti will release an rns just before the close stating whoever holds opti will be given x amount of cash in a divi payment for every opti share held on that day of rns release.

The sbtx shares will be transfered to an institution who will be locked in for a period of time so these shares will not hit the open market right away so trashing the share price.

If you don't mind me asking but what do you call a" large quantity " of Opti sold? as the recent selling didn't make any sense.. until now

I wouldn't call it a report just a very cutting few lines giving there take on the 2nd joint venture news on friday.

They basically said it would never be built or any coal extracted due do the violence back in 2006

not a single mention of the mining ministers positive comments from last week

have just read the SP Angel report, they quoted the mining minister from back in 2015......shame they never quoted him last week !!!....completely different message now.

The political climate has changed and how badly they need the power stations and this coal to run them. They have at last come to there senses after years of faffing around to realise it s ridiculous to import coal when they are sitting on huge amounts of it themselves.

I dispair.... What hope have we got of this ever going higher when its hit with 70k sells in quick succession.... I give up!!
