If this is such a "no brainer"....why does it get dragged back down after rise, day after day ?

I wonder historically how have companies have faired in regard to a buy out price where there is a huge chasm between the broker note valuation and the actual market cap?

Would be interested to find out if anybody is really really bored.

I am hoping it is near the broker note valuation rather than the actual share price at the time of the offer ????
