And MS has said this before. There is nothing out there that is offering the same as MONKS AI. Debt has been reduced massively and coming down, head count down, divi to be paid in a couple of months plus special at the end of the year all things being well. Massive clients on board and growing who are adapting AI. This is a very simple hold. MS and the team are turning this around and soon enough these penny days will be long gone.

Given Sfor’s current low share price I would expect any potential suitors will be waiting to see the numbers in the update in June/ July.

I’m a long term holder and not in any rush to see this sold. Decent dividend will be paid soon in a couple of months and Martin is confident debt will be cleared in two years or sooner. SFOR is in a very good position right now with debt being paid down, head count being reduced plus new clients are coming on board. This is a very easy long term hold/ investment for me.

There is someone who is accumulating these shares. Big lumps going through at the end of the day and last week decent lumps were going through as well. I expect to see a holdings RNS sooner or later here.

Absolutely, all the mess from the past is now well known and out there hence the low share price. Debt has been reduced significantly and still coming down along with staff numbers being reduced plus more big names coming onboard. As far as I’m concerned the only way is up from here.

I think that SFOR will be a takeover target sooner or later. We are miles ahead of other companies in this arena with the Monks AI and they all have to play catch up whilst SFOR powers ahead.

Do they implement their own structure which will take at least 12-18 months to get going or buy a competitor who already has done this ?

It wouldn’t surprise me one bit once the trading update comes out next month that if everything is going well as I’m expecting it to be, then by the end of the year this will get bought out by WPP or another company.

I wouldn’t be surprised at all for this to be taken out by the end if this year.

I’m expecting the debt to have been reduced further possibly by another £10-15m maybe more.

News on the recent appointments and what they’ve been doing.

How the AI Monks is progressing with existing clients and new clients and lastly, revenue…

If debt has come down further which I’m expecting it to, revenues up, new clients onboard and AI Monks going well I’m expecting to see a sharp rise North on the day.

I’m 1000% confident that MS will turn this around. He’s a very talented guy and over next couple of years this will be many times what the share price is today. I’m heavily invested here (six figures) and I’m very happy with the way things are progressing. The recent two appointments for example are just top class in every aspect.

Debt has been reduced massively over the last couple of years and now we’re going to be paid a dividend in July. Once the debt has come down further currently £86 million I believe, there will be share buybacks and the divi will be increased.

This has to be one of the easiest holds ever for me. This was priced to fail at 16p last December but now we have some clarity on the numbers things are moving in the right direction. As I said, very easy hold this…
