If I ever see a dividend from Greggs, my first duty will be to buy each one of those cheerful, hardworking ladies a £20 M&S / Next voucher
For they have been instrumental in my decision to buy into the company in the first place and continue to inspire me each time I visit the store.

It's looking a distinct possibility right now and that takes us to what they might be, after the surefire good news that's going to be put out?
Between £28.50 and £28.90 would be my call, I'd be very satisfied with anything near.

Holding on, I really have no choice but I have no urgency to sell and will keep studying any developments on a weekly basis from here on in.
Luckily my other holdings are showing the way forward and that helps offset any short term blips.

Kept my 1000 but decided not to go back in for more, even with the price drop,

I still have nightmares about the one that got away back in March 2020 and looking back I should have gone for it with the 4000 buy that was in my head, alas, it wasn't to be but I've had one hell of a run since and still feel bullish enough about the company over 27 quid a share.
We all learned something about Greggs when the chips were down and their ability to ride out anything thrown at them, Top company I'm staying invested in for a very long time.

Back over £27 right now and I'll take that as a big positive on the build up to their trading update

Great return and safety is a good habit in this game, had my tin helmet on more than I'd of liked in the last few years but still way above what I call my comfortable level and that's decent given all the turmoil of elections, brexit and the pandemic.

If the share price gets anywhere near £30 I'd be clicking my heels but I'd still be overjoyed at £28 and I'm well into Greggs with 2,750 shares.
I might buy some more before they get over the £27 mark and head towards their trading update, went in for my coffee this morning and ended up handing over nearly 7 quid, as I bought a few extras for others and helped plough in further company funds.
