Questionable business model - unfortunately, you start with the most pathetic of all of your questions, it's a very legitimate and strong business model. If you are going to use throwaway remarks like that then at least explain what is questionable about the business model.
Huge options for 1 director - like with many other companies, you want your CEO to be aligned with the interests and the options do not come lightly- they are subject to the achievement of a minimum 10% CAGR TSR performance increasing on a straight-line basis to vesting in full subject to the achievement of a 22.5% CAGR TSR performance.
Huge shares on loan - there are plenty of reasons shares go on loan; Institutions may lend their shares to earn additional income through lending fees. Institutional investors may lend shares to facilitate certain trading strategies or to provide liquidity in the market. Shares can also be on loan for activities like securities lending, margin trading, and for corporate actions like mergers and acquisitions. You're insinuation that the company is being shorted as absolutely no basis at all. There is a legal requirement to report any short above 0.5% and there isn't one. Also as a direct question for you, when was the last time the shares on loan increased by any meaningful amount? If the shares ARE shorted and not increasing then it should be seen as a positive because the shorters will eventually have to cover their position, which means the guaranteed 1.5% of the company would need to be purchased on the open market.
Nominal dividend despite claiming to have £30m in bank - 2 points on this one, one is that they have said they will use the money for mergers and acquisitions, which is a far more positive use of funds, and secondary what is your definition of nominal? Because I don't think you know what it means.
No evidence of significant buying by IIs - there is lots of evidence, there is an updated Holdings released frequently and they show institutions increasing their holdings.
Why hasn't Mo loaded up using his own money given the future is supposedly fantastic - the usual stupid arguement you get on the forums, if he doesn't buy it could be a closed period where he is privy to sensitive information, but then if he does buy people like you come along and say well clearly there is nothing sensitive going on behind the scenes.
There you go. You have prompted moniman and others to reply to all your nonsense. So I hope you are capable of doing the same to my post
