I agree that distressed shares offer great opportunities to make fast money at very high risk, This woman slightly different as they specifically said there was no outcome that was good for shareholders. Shareholders have to be happy with todays RNS, it's good to see that arrogance and ineptitude don't always go unpunished in these markets. Don't be silly, Its very common to not disclose figures for two reasons; if they did this lot a decent deal then everyone else would expect the same and they would lose bargaining power OR the research company has it written into the agreement that the figure will not be published, just as their company isn't.
