Genuine question, is this company just one big fraud? Have they EVER achieved anything positive at all? Total silence bar occasional ramps that never amount to anything.

We are on the cusp of a real coming of age with the move to Canary wharf. A very grown up company. I can't fathom why people would be selling right now as we keep knocking on the door of 30p and I presume soon enough we'll break and never see the 20s again!

It reads like this was the plan all along, it's unreal. "Can now move forward", like all the shareholders were a burden.

The guy needs some sort of comeuppance either here or elsewhere in life: "I am proud that we are able to reward our ambitious and industry-pioneering team and have them as shareholders alongside myself,"

To write that you are proud while presumably thousands are suffering is utterly utterly disgusting. I don't even hold here but I'm angry on behalf of you guys that did.

That LinkedIn post is utterly unbelievable, gloating about robbing everyone and moving the company forward privately with no mention whatsoever of the peoples lives they have ruined in the process. I haven't never seen anything so brutal on aim before

The thing is you can still get multi bags in profitable dividend stocks, but you have to do more than buy in off some Twitter or bulletin board ramping, and I would add to the list to only buy from companies with a director with a proven record

I'm expecting a rise on Monday when I would some of the savvy investors who sold out on the director buys, but back in.

Directors are typically in a blackout period 30 days before any known news or results publications and Monday is the first trading day back after this. We are back in the zone where "news could drop anytime"

It's far more likely someone had a mental sell price of 10p and the price went above it, so they sold but that someone could always be an insider of course, like you - impossible to know and not worth dwelling on tbh

Yes, cash will be higher than 37m in the September interims, when adding in anything paid out as a dividend in between or anything spent on acquisitions
